| Design Notes | I played and played with this image and I came up with several pieces of digital works around it, yet I chose this particular image as the final image. I really liked the dog's face and wanted to incorporate it as the focal point of the design. It seemed to me that the whole image of the dog was a haunting one and yet it also evoked a feeling of gentleness. While I wanted to keep that feeling, It also felt right that the image have a feeling of texture and age, even seen as some sort of emblem. This image leaves me feeling as if the dog was honored, so I gave him an old time honored name: "Fido".
